Hopper complaint: Failed to refund my price freeze payment

My complaint:

I recently froze a ticket by paying $1182.82 TTD. The ticket price at that time was $1900.00TTD. I was given 12days to pay for the ticket. I paid for the ticket expecting to be refunded the frozen price, based on this being the usual course of action in my previous purchases.

I paid for the ticket before the expiration of the 12days, at this time the ticket price was now $2400TTD. I paid the full cost and was not refunded the initial $1182.82TTD I paid.

I was then inform that the freeze model has been recently changed and they will no longer be refunding the freeze price but rather they will cover the increase fee up to 100USD($700TTD). Have I know this I would not have freeze the price and pay ($1182.82TTD $168USD) since the price freeze would have been more than the price that they were willing to cover if the price increases.

I expressed that I was unaware of the change and it can be evidenced by my actions but they refused to refund me the frozen price.

Suggested solution:

Issue a refund of my price freeze money.
