I purchased an order thru Hive at 11;58 yesterday with the £5 Next Day Delivery. Payment was taken. However by 1pm I still hadn’t received an email ation. So I telephoned Hive and an agent who I spoke to, sent me thru the invoice at 13:05. I have been told today, after the items failed to arrive, that the order wasn’t processed until 13:03 after the cut-off of 12Noon. So Hive’s system failed to accept the order until the agent got involved and I’ve wasted £5.
I basically want my £5 that the agent promised me yesterday afternoon if the items weren’t received today
