My complaint:
This is happening on a regular basis, the heating system has let me down for the second time in a week and all when I can’t contact you as it happens out of office hours and I have made 2 complaints and nobody has had the courtesy to call me just keep emailing me to call in office hours.
Suggested solution:
Advise me how to resolve the matter as shown on the photo. It keeps saying to refresh but doesn’t tell me how to do it.
