My complaint:
Hello,
My account was locked for several years due to loss of access to my 2FA device.
I repeatedly attempted to restore access, and only recently was my account finally unlocked.
During the entire time in which my account was inaccessible, I had no ability to trade, deposit, withdraw, or prevent any “inactivity”, therefore charging inactivity fees was not legitimate.
Suggested solution:
Return all the fees they took from me because the account was blocked.
