My complaint:
I wish to transfer my Dogecoin from HitBTC to a new provider and I see that this does not appear to be possible.
I went to attempt to convert my Dogecoin to BITCOIN and the value of the Bitcoin I would have received for this transaction would have been equivalent to $500.00 CAD and the current value of my Dogecoin (at time I attempted this) is approximately $2,000.00.
I’m completely trapped and cannot access my funds.
Scam.
Suggested solution:
Permit Transmission/Withdrawal of my Dogecoin to another provider.
