Hisense complaint: New Hisesense TV not working properly not serviced properly

My complaint:

New Hisesnse TV purchased 16 July. TV start takes almost 2 mins from day 1.
First technician does factory reset within a week, but problem persists. No response from service centre till 25 Sep.
Second technician does reset again on 25 July. Problem is same. He says motherboard to be replaced.
REFUSAL TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE NEW TV.
ADVICE: BR CAREFUL OF HISENSE

Suggested solution:

Since they sold a defective TV... which was revealed from day 1...they need to replace with a new tv... not change a motherboards
A very u responsive service centre that doesn't care about the customer
