Hisense complaint: faulty fridge freezer

My complaint:

My americal fridgefreezer began leaking in March. An engineer came out and said it was a common fault on this product. Fixed it and said if it goes again, advised to ask for a replacement. It went again, 6 months later. I called hisense beginning of December. Waited over an hour to get through to talk to an operator. She advised I needed to e-mail in the receipt of purchase and details of fault. Did this, no response. Sent several e-mails to her, again no response. Called the number waited over an hour to eventually talk to her again. Apologised for not responding. Looked on notes and told Hisense wants engineer to visit to look at it. I said why was this and she said thats what they want. I then got cut off. No call back from her. So again had to call. Waited for a long time to get through once again. Got through to the next stage of the call to be told press your option. Pressed option 2 – told not done it quicker enough and cut off! I am at the end of my tether not as cant get through on the phone. Cant get a response to e-mails and left with a leaking product which I am constantly mopping up the water each day because of the leak.

Suggested solution:

I need it replaced and its under warranty
