My complaint:
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from one of your authorized dealers, Sinhagiri, regarding my Hisense refrigerator, which is still under warranty.
I purchased the aforementioned Hisense refrigerator from Sinhagiri, expecting quality products and dependable after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Approximately 5 months ago, I encountered issues with the refrigerator, specifically cooling issue. As the product is still under warranty, I contacted Sinhagiri to request a repair service. However, to my astonishment, I was met with unwarranted resistance and refusal to address the issue under warranty terms.
I have made several attempts to reason with Sinhagiri, providing all necessary documentation, including the purchase receipt, warranty information, and a detailed explanation of the problem. Despite this, I have been met with indifference and a complete lack of cooperation.
I believe that this treatment is not in line with the reputation that Hisense has built for quality products and customer service. It is highly disappointing to be left with a malfunctioning refrigerator, which is still under warranty, and to have my legitimate requests for repair denied.
I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter to ensure that my refrigerator is repaired in accordance with the warranty terms. I expect a resolution to this issue, and I hope that this experience can be a learning opportunity for Sinhagiri and improve their customer service standards.
If my concerns are not addressed ly and my refrigerator is not repaired as per the warranty agreement, I may have no choice but to seek legal action to protect my consumer rights.
