My complaint:
I’m not happy at all coz it was telling us that to wait for someone to assist us unfortunately no one approached us. Whalen we ask the security guards says that we have to wait or go found your product for sale. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful, after waiting for almost 25 minutes they answered were wait only. Inn. In the end, someone arrived but not to assist us for someone else. Thx Hermes, you guys amazing for nothing.
