My complaint:
I bought the wrong sized sandals which needs to be changed to a bigger size
I’ve contacted customer service on several occasions about changing it and they just read my emails and do not respond
Suggested solution:
I want to swap for a bigger size so I need to know when they have stock so I go to the shop to swap it
Or if someone in the shop can communicate with me via watsapp so I know the size and colors they have so they reserve it for me and Ill go there to change it
