My complaint:
I ordered an expensive monitor for a computer at work, but your delivery was late. When it did arrive, your driver threw the box into a hedge of a resident rather than delivering it to the office. The resident did not even live in the same area so it was only their sense of politeness did they ring me and allowed me to collect the item from their home.
Hermes driver should be required to explain himself to me. The delivery occurred at 10 on Wednesday 20th October.
