My complaint:

Being told that I didn’t fill in the required information in time for compensation, when this is not true as I have supporting evidence via emails to prove otherwise. But I’m being ignored only to be given the same message again. This has resulted in me having suicide thoughts as its left me in debt.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money which is owed for the missing parcel?
