My complaint:
My suitcase (a L-packet) was sent out on 20th January 2023 and as the update information shown, it was sorted and forwarded on 26th January. But after that, there was no update on the shipment. And at the same time, I received the other package on 28th January which was sent out with this one to exactly the same destination. Please help me figure out the problem since there is very important personal stuff in it. I am very disappointed about the customer service.
Suggested solution:
They should reply with the update of my package or the liability that they should take and give me the compensation
