No attempt at delivery. My normal HermesEvri courier was amazing. Never missed a delivery came like clockwork. Parcels in great condition. But I think he’s retired and now we have someone who does not even attempt to deliver parcels The box has been bashed about quite
Suggested solution:
Get the old courier back and stop hiring lazy new people.. He was great. I have had to get the original sender to send my parcel again (at my expense) Let's hope the courier actually tries to deliver it now.
