My complaint:
I had my mobile phone stolen by them last year and swore I would have nothing to do tith the dishonest company,but again unknown to me I ordered some perfume and hermes were unfortunately the courier,it has , again ,ly vanished.when is something going to be done about these postal pirates,hundreds of thousands of complaints every year totally ignored,???
Suggested solution:
stop stealing my packages or close down,they are modern day highwaymen
