My complaint:
Track number:C00HHA0088814905.germes lost my parcel, at first they communicated and told me to wait, but after a while they disappeared and announced that the e-mail was no longer valid. Do not know what to do. parcel was insured at full price. after a while joe told me to pay £ 10.80 because the shipment was too high, i paid but they returned me £ 10.80 back as compensation for the time lost,
Suggested solution:
they must take responsibility for the loss of my parcel and return the full amount for my postage and for the insured parcel. the amount should be around £ 160
