My complaint:

My purse was stolen along with my phone and wallet so I have not been able to access my account in regards canceling this week’s order. Customer service didn’t seem to care nor try to help. Had to freeze all accounts because my wallet was never returned but yet Hellofresh is still determined to take this money from me. I’m not even at the address nor will anyone be when this box arrives. Such a waste of food combo-ed with emotionless customer service.

Suggested solution:

They should cancel the box and cancel the charge to my card which was stolen.
