My complaint:

I signed up for hello fresh for a free box with a link I was sent from a friend . All I had to do was pay postage . They took £4.00 postage and another £23.97 the same day for no reason . I’ve emailed them and I still haven’t heard anything or received my free box yet either .
This is absolutely shocking my daughter did the same link to her house yes free box free delivery for her . She cancelled her subscription removed her card from her account 5 weeks later they have taken £70.00 out of her bank how is this even possible when she removed her card details from her account.. isn’t it against the law to store card details even after account holder has removed them from said account

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund and my information removed from your system as well as my daughter obtaining a refund and details removed from her account .
Its against the law to still take payments after a subscription has been cancelled and card details removed . Yet you are still able to take money .
