My complaint:
This app takes the card details and cvv first. I have logedin when ever entered my card details . It has saved all details and subscription has started. after that I changed my mind and canceled the subscription. I haven’t selected any meals. 2 days later they charged money from my account. And sending meals that I don’t want. They will save the card details on spot but there is no option to remove card details. To contact customer care it takes at least 2 days to get reply from. They new type of scammers . Force fully giving products that customer don’t want and charging them without their consent
Suggested solution:
They should ask for card details at. The end of purchase.and not play with customers.
