HelloFresh complaint: keep chargin when the account is bean close

My complaint:

i close my account over a month and now find out i was charge again, when i call the customer service did not know what happen, and they say call my bank ( mean i have to cancel the card and change all my other account on different company’s, a total he ached , ) now i provide the transaction umber , but not even the supervisor can find it, of course the call center is in INDIA , u got what u pay for, really try to avoid the issue or even try to resolve it, the supervisor, with a fake name of MARIA sure it is , that is an idian name, bad company, dot ever get it , customer service so bad, i try to make a complain and they only can provide first name, (really?) how ca make a complain with only first name, witch we all know is no the real name they are design so u get tired and hang up the phone

Suggested solution:

get a better training with customer service and with the bylaws of the company,
