My complaint:
In order to see their menu you have to give them all your information including credit card. Once I got to the menu I saw that the food was not something I would eat. I back out and never agreed to their food plan, yet my credit card was charged $29.97 on 911. I was in the hospital and never received anything from Hellofresh. I called I spoke to someone named Alan who told me I agreed to that first box. Why would anyone commit to a box of food without seeing menu. This place just steals people money and should not be able operate a business in the United States
