HelloFresh complaint: HelloFresh kept sending me meals I did not order

My complaint:

I went on HelloFresh to check out their meals. I had to input a credit card to look at their menus. I didn’t care for any menu item (didn’t fit into my Keto lifestyle) so I did not order anything. A few weeks later I receive a box of 3 meals. I called HelloFresh and the representative told me she did not see that I ordered anything but stated I will receive no more orders and enjoy the meals. I just received a 2nd box I didn’t want. I contacted HelloFresh and was told I signed up for 3 meals a week. She cancelled my subscription but what I thought was interesting is my only email regarind my subscription was when I cancellled. I never got an initial email nor any updates on my future boxes.

Suggested solution:

Pay back the $54.03 I was charged for the 2nd shipment.
