My complaint:

I contacted Hello Fresh because they took $129.90 out of my account. I had just signed up last week and I wasn’t aware they would be charging me weekly for this service. I had just signed up last week and I got a deal of $68 but it never told me “per week”. Also, it should’ve expressed charges would be increased because again im new to this. I then called and each rep couldn’t get me a supervisor (have to wait up to 24hrs), and no one could get me to accounting even though my bank showed the charges were still pending. The first rep lied and said it was already processed, second rep claimed to have cancelled my subscription but then third rep didn’t see it. On top of that the reps kept hanging up in my face so I couldn’t leave a survey! I know where to NEVER order from again.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money especially when still pending.
