My complaint:
One of our boxes was marked shipped and then never showed up. We reached out to Hello Fresh and they said they would give us credit toward the next box. Then we got charged for the next box so they said they would refund the missing box. I waited over a week and never got the refund. Reached out to Hello Fresh again and they said they would only refund shipping and give credit for the next box. Yet again we never got credit for the next box. So I paid $50 dollars for food I never got.
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund for the missing box.
