HelloFresh complaint: Refund promised on 21st October by Hellofresh and not made

My complaint:

I purchased food on 26th September 2021 from hellofresh and was formally told BY their customer services ON 26TH SEPT that they would refund me 50% of purchase being £21.24. Despite 15 emails and 5 telephone calls AND AN EMAIL ing on 21st October from hellofresh that I would receive a refund I HAVE NOT received my £21.24 . Each time I call their customer services I am asked the same questions which I comply with and they say they will email me after querying with their payments department with 24 hours. THIS NEVER HAPPENS.

Suggested solution:

By refunding me what I am due £21.24 and causing me so much frustration and a waste of my time constantly telephoning and emailing hellorredh
