HelloFresh complaint: Did not receive my second meal

My complaint:

Package did not arrive. I was told to wait another day.. package did not arrive. Original package was scheduled for Friday delivery and the courier scheduled the redelivery on Tuesday. So then I contacted the courier and refused the shipment and called HelloFresh. I get things happen but it was only me that lost on this deal. I didn’t have food for the week…I was promised the credit would be applied to my next order and of course the credit want applied. So I called again and now I was told the credit wouldn’t be applied until I had no more discounts available. Really….I couldn’t get reimbursed for the meal I paid for and didn’t get!!! I was given $30 in discounts for my “trouble” but again couldn’t be used until my promotional package was over. Lol….I would have continued my subscription but Hello Fresh thought they would hold me hostage for $30. Well instead you lost a customer for life. I’ll never come back. You should have issued the credit back to me immediately and applied the $30 to my next order….this wasn’t me complaining about flavor…complaining about meal choices….complaining about packaging…I DIDNT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE!! Do better!!! Take care of the customer that made phone calls that took 2 hours out of my life!!! Do the right thing!! Oh and your customer service is terrible. And you chat line is a joke! What a waste of my time!! Forever NOT a HelloFresh customer.
