HelloFresh complaint: They did not deliver two boxes and despite them telling me I would not be charged now actually refuse to refund!!

My complaint:

I cannot believe how bad this company is. I did not receive two boxes and despite them telling me that the first of the two would not be delivered and I would not be charged they did charge. I just noticed on my bank account that I was charged.

They now refuse to refund those 2 boxes
I cancelled future orders and they refused the cancellation continuing to charge my account.

They refuse to even look into it

I do not know what to do now.

Also they kept saying I had some rewards… Toni Chocolate and upgrades to meals but they now refuse those!

This is the weirdest and most unethical, possibly even illegally run company I have ever used!!

Suggested solution:

I would like my boxes cancelled as per my request
I would like the box that was cancelled yet charged for refunded
I would like the 2 non delivered boxes refunded to my bank account
I would like the Toni chocolate I was promised (it is too late for the meal upgrades)
