My complaint:

On the 2310 21 I changed my subscription to 4 weekly, therefore on the 29th October I didn’t receive a box and no payment was applied for. however on 4th November they took payment for a box deliveredthe next day. hello Fresh requested a manager to ring me when I phoned to complain. I never received the call.
The money you took out of my account was from £50 my father had put in to help me to get to the end of the month as my income had been affected by the tax hike and difference I’m my universal credit. obviously after taking the sum of £37.48 this left me £20 to feed my little girl and myself till the end of the month. this is also the reason I had changed my subscription to Hello fresh.I have received emails from you saying I don’t owe you the money and you have compensated me by putting £30 into my account after my Mother Mandy Hardwick contacted you. Unfortunately I am still receiving the threatening letters from you with an increase in the payment and threats to take me to court.

Suggested solution:

Please stop sending these threatening letters and the worry of court proceedings. Send me in writing that you have closed my account. Take my details off your database.
