My complaint:
I ordered one box of Hello Fresh in July 2021, then discontinued it. Several months later, another Hello Fresh got delivered to my door. I called and received a refund. Then in January 2022, another box got delivered to my door again. I called Hello Fresh, but the customer rep refuse to process a cancellation, and I received an email bill from Hello Fresh demanding payment.
Suggested solution:
I have tried to cancel my Hello Fresh delivery meals for several times. I need Hello Fresh to send me no more meal kits and not to try to charge my credit card or to bill me for meal kits that I did not order.
