My complaint:
I’ve contacted customer service to cancel my next order, but the assistant said I couldn’t as it is required to cancel 5 days prior. Today is the 14th and my next delivery is on the 18th. It’s barely 4 days prior and I did not receive any reminder about my options by email.
I hope this can be resolved and stop my delivery and get a refund. I haven’t used my current delivery and have plenty of food.
Suggested solution:
Stop the delivery and refund.
