My complaint:
You dont redeem gift cards. Tried a couple of times. and spoke to someone on the phone (she had heavy accent) said you have to have a subscription to be able to redeem a gift card (for $60) gave the code on the back. she said since it was purchased directly through Hello Fresh she cant help redeem the gift card, which was a gift.
Suggested solution:
either send a meal worth $60. Or a gift card that can be redeemed.
