My complaint:
I went to go look on their website to see the options that they had for meal plans. I do not like the price of them so I did not submit an order. About four days later I looked at my bank statements and noticed there was a $93.72 charge on my account. Contacted HelloFresh. They said it is a known issue and there’s nothing they can do about it because they sent the box out already. I did not receive the package until four days later. They said it was through a third-party.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money
