My complaint:
We were waiting for the bus which should. Be arrived at 9:22 at Killingbeck Asda.
The bus did come but it just slipped the stop. It brought us lots of inconvenience since the next bus came in 30 min.
Suggested solution:
The bus driver should stop at every bus stop to pick up every passenger.
