My complaint:
The carmires service is outrages.Buses dropped on a daily basis.We should be getting two buses an hour.We are lucky to get one.This is not an occassional occurance.This is every day.Customers are standing at the bus stop for an hour not knowing when that one bus will show.If indeed it shows at all.People like myself ( I am 74 ) am at least able to walk.Many elderly people are unable to walk long distances and just leave the bus stop saying they will try again the next day.You are treating your customers with contemt.Disgraceful.

How to resolve my complaint is obvious.Stick to your timetable and stop dropping buses.Speaking to people at the bus stops their biggest complaint is that they they have no idea when a bus will arrive as the timetable is a work of fiction.They and myself would rather you just run one bus an hour.Which you are basicaly doing anyway and inform us of what time that bus will be.At the moment it is a lottery.If you can`t be arsed running buses to carmires just say so.We will at least know where we stand.Disgraceful management and you know it.
