Harrogate Bus Company complaint: Good bus driver taken off our buses

My complaint:

We have a bus driver called Neil Jackson who is always on time and all the locals like him but he has been taken off number 7 harrogate to leeds

Suggested solution:

Put Neil back on number 7 permanently
