My complaint:
In a recent Harrogate Advertiser was an article that you are only running the 24 bus twice a day from April 2023. HELP YOU CANNOT DO THAT!!!!
My husband and I are disabled and I cannot drive now so we cannot exist if we do not have regular buses into Harrogate. Please do not cut the 24 bus service.
WE cannot use taxis as they are too expensive for us.
PLEASE HAVE A RETHINK FOR ALL THE DISABLED AND ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO USE THE 24 BUS SERVICE,

PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE 24 BUS SERVICE.
