My complaint:
We got on the x53 outside Asda at Otley (with our bus passes) told by a young driver don’t bother with that sit down .
He was traveling fast when we pressed for our stop he flew past it ,when my husband shouted we wanted that stop he said you should have stood up we are in our mid 70s and never stand up till the bus stops
He was quite rude to my husband when he told him he was going much to fast
Suggested solution:
Speak to the driver
