My complaint:

Put in a reservation with the sorry ass company H10 already charge my card but refuse to send me any information I called your customer service number nobody answers for hours at a time and then the one person I do get doesn’t know shit he needs to be trained…. giving me all these BS excuses on why he can’t do his job correctly when I blatantly told him there’s only two options that you have give me my money back or put the manager on the phone and he could not do either one of them this is a terrible company unprofessional and don’t know how to do the damn job… stop being so damn cheap … Are you guys send me the correct information that I need to go about with my trip or I’ll see you in court either way you’re gonna give me what I want….

And you wanna ask me how would I write this service a -10

Suggested solution:

Management needs to call me ASAP I don’t want to hear somebody who’s not a manager because There sorry ass excuses mean nothing to me …. A manager better call me ASAP
