My complaint:

Hi i had originally booked a stay at h10 gran tinerfe for 23-26th of june 2022 my booking reference was H10HGT-28359. I queried to change my booking date to 24th-26th June 2022 but was told this could not happen and also asked to add one more person to the room. The only email i received from
You guys was saying that there was no change to my booking only one extra person added on. I turned up to the hotel on 230622 and was told my bookong had been changed to 240622-260622. I was not notified of this in any email and i was still charged for 230622-260622 when really they should have charged me for 240622-260622 because i did give plenty of notice. This has caused me severe emotional distress as i had to find another place to stay as i couldnt afford to get an extra day at that hotel.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund for the day 230622 as i did not stay in the hotel that day i am happy to pay for the other two days.
