My complaint:
I called to advise of a change in our reservation. I was hung up on over 10 times and transferred multiple times. Told to call a different number (the number that just transferred me) multiple times. I waited on hold for a very long time. I was speaking to a couple of representatives who hung up on me in mid sentence. The resort told me reservations had to make the change then reservations told me the resort had to make the change. Finally when I reach a person at the resort again I asked for the manager. The manager came in the phone. I explained the whole situation to him. I told him all I needed to do is remove my son from the reservation. I also told him I had literally been on the phone for half the day trying to get this done. And now I just received a text message from my cellular provider that I have a bill of over $100.00 because they can’t get it together or provide and 800 number. The manager did nothing to help. Not even apologize. Horrible customer service. He transferred me back to reservations. I received a gal I had previously talked to. She sent an email to someone to assist with the matter. I was supposed to arrive today. I sent an email to the address listed on the ation sheet and canceled our entire trip. We were going to stay a week. I would like compensation for the phone bill please. The kind of service I received is rediculous. If you need proof. I can email it to you. Also we have a group of over 11 other couples joining us at your resort in Jamacia in February. If this is not resolved , I’m sure anothe resort will be happy to accommodate us. The customer service provides was terrible. If they continue to provide that level of customer service over the phone, they will drive away customers
