My complaint:
My wife fell over and broke her foot on some broken tiles in the dining room of the Lanzarote Princess, but trying to get any response has proven futile, the tiles have obviously been in that condition for a long time, due to the grime in the cracks

No, they have ignored us, it has caused major pain and issues
