My complaint:

We just stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed as on your site it says suitable for families but we found there was no Childrens entertainment and nothing stated on the board, when I spoke to staff they said he can use the pool but this is standard for basic hotels and H10 is supposed to be a higher standard and I don’t feel I received that. We wasn’t allowed to use anything else as it’s all 16 which was extremely disappointing and I feel your website does not make this clear and that you dont offer the daisy club either which was also not made clear. For the cost of the hotel we did not feel our stay reflected this. I feel this should be suggested for families of age 14.
