My complaint:
My husband and I visited your hotel in Estepona on 08 May 2022. We booked all inclusive . Everyday while we were at the hotel we noticed birds flying in from outside into the restaurant, there is food laid out and nothing to shield the food. Where the birds had free range of food, the birds would walk all over the food then fly out, this is food where your customer would eat. The waiter and waitress would see this and did not do anything. We feel our holiday was spoilt, as this was our 1st holiday after 2 years of covid.
I was very concerned as the birds are not clean and leave fences over the food. I was going to return to your lovely hotel and also book Dominica Rep Ocean Blue Sands for our 30th wedding anniversary.
After this happened I got turn off.
I can say though your H10 hotel are spectacular and the staff are very friendly.
As a big professional business, someone in the health and safety department, should do a mystery shop before someone complains to health and hygiene agency.
I did take a video of the bird in the restaurant but they go so quick off of the food, I only captured the bird in your restaurant.this wouldn’t download onto your photos, if you would like it please email me on normanhrrsn@aol.com I can forward onto you.
I would love to put a good Tripadvisor report but I feel you need to change things in your hotel, before I will do this. Once again this hotel could be great.

This was not a cheap holiday and we feel we should get compensation as the food put us off and spoilt our holiday.
I do feel you should go and visit the hotel but do not tell the staff as they will get everything up to order.
In my profession I have visited places in the uk as a mystery shopper.
