H10 Hotels complaint: Active Points/Entry of non residents to hotel

My complaint:

We have been to this hotel approx 6/7 times with friends Mr Mrs Sorrin staying mostly in Privilege the most recent time arriving the 14th May for twelve days.On arrival we were met by Raphael who as in the past explained our privilege package and detail of the hotel etc,when we arrived in the room there was a package of various documents one being active points 913 37euro on this document as you can see has no use by date,when we went to use it was out of date.This was not explained at the meeting.

We were also unaware that only residents of the hotel can gain entrance,Mr and Mrs Sorrin had friends to visit them also with a view to see the hotel for a future booking but were refused.With these problems in we are very disappointed with the non action that has been taken,I look forward to your reply Eric Kaplan
