My complaint:
Some items which I found at the end of the month I did and then when I bought them at the first of the month. And I was out of fruits and vegetables and I was hungry and couldn’t find a receipt that required an ID to return them because I had too many receipts.
And I was told by the people that I couldn’t except my ID because I had too many returns only once or twice a month this happens. And they were selling my data and giving out bad reviews on me so this is a bad review for them. Don’t sell my data don’t run my good name I’m an elderly citizen and I deserve respect… i’ve been shopping for decades for the same but they’re rude and crude young people wait on senior citizens of 70 or more just rubs me raw…
Suggested solution:
Stop requiring a drivers license for returns…I’ve been going same store for years they know me! Why ID to return items to exchange for food items such as fruits and vegetables which.
I was out of and didn’t have any money at the end of the month because Social Security comes at the eighth of each month and I never have anything left by the 29th or the 31st to eat on until the eighth of next month.
So I returned some cleaners or some canned goods for fresh fruits and vegetables what’s the problem?
