H-E-B complaint: Extremely Rude Service

My complaint:

My unpleasant experience at HEB today December 23, 2022 at approximately 6:00pm consisted of unprofessional dialogue with two cashiers while standing in line to checkout. The checkout isle didn’t have a divider and I had two orders. I asked the cashier ( His name is Trevon ) if he had a divider and his response was no. I then proceeded to ask the cashier on the neighboring isle to use the divider and her reply was the cashier in your line doesn’t want to use a divider.

I replied by informing her (Imani is her name) that I have two orders and need to divide them, in which she finally handed me the divider. After placing my groceries on the counter the cashier in my isle removed the divider . At this point I became concerned with his level of unprofessionalism and asked to speak with a manager. The manager that I spoke to was Eunice Jackson she giggled during my complaint and was completely unprofessional and did not address the matter at all.

I’m a resident of Pearland and exclusively shop at this store location. Today’s experience was severely unpleasant and my concerns were not taken seriously. I look forward to a reply regarding this incident.

Suggested solution:

The parties involved should have to undergo further training prior to being able to engage directly with customers. Their unprofessionalism is really bad for business .
