My complaint:
I went to HEB to get gasoline on 92222 and 92722 and shortly thereafter my car was shaking violently and misfiring and ruining terrible staling. I took my car in to find out was wrong to FRED HAAS TOYOTA 249.The service master tech from Japan and Service Manager Matt and owner told me that in all the paperwork that they had to completely drain all the gas out because after they chemically tested the gasoline, they found out that it was 31 percent water with a foreign substance and a much lower octane then 93 like it said on the HEB pump. It was tested to be around 85 octane.
I called 3 HR reps and they all declined to assist me.They brushed me under the table with an attitude!!!
Now my catalytic converter has failed, and Toyota said bad gas can burn out a catalytic converter in a short time like mine. Estimate for new catalytic converter is 3175.00 plus 608.00 to drain gas and clean entire fuel system.I may just go to justice of the peace and do a lawsuit for under 20000.00
Suggested solution:
Pay me the 3751 for the catalytic converter replacement and the 608.00 to clean out the Bad Gasoline and 500.00 for my pain and suffering for being without a car.
