My complaint:
Using grubhub for the first time and while tracking my order I noticed the driver going in the complete oposite drirection of my house. So I called her and she said she had a double delivery. The other delivery was at least 15 minutes in the other direction. Our food was barely warm and one of my appatizers (spring rolls) were not even edible because they were completely soggy! They should be crispy. She needs to be told to use better judgment when delivering food.
Suggested solution:
I should be refunded for the appatizer, the delivery fee and the driver tip.
