My complaint:
Ordered food at 9:30 AM and specified 11:30 AM delivery, knowing I had a noon meeting; texted 15 minutes ahead of first ETA to say order was ‘delayed’ to 11:50 – 12:00, then tried calling at 11:58 to say they were having trouble finding office; I was already in meeting and did not receive messages – or my food. When I tried contacting GrubHub later to request a refund, they said since the food was already prepared and since they had tried contacting me, no refund could be issued; I checked with restaurant, food was not returned; I suspect this is a common practice: pretend not to find location, then keep food and deny refund; DO NOT USE THIS ‘SERVICE’ TO DELIVER YOUR FOOD!!!
