My complaint:

I ordered from one of my favorite restaurants through Grub Hub. They were to text me when the order was delivered to my building. Grub Hub failed to do this. The result is that the meal sat at my front desk and was cold once I retrieved it. I had to call the restaurant to find out that it was delivered. Also, the promised free delivery but I was forced to enter a delivery tip in the order process. The minimum was 18%. I ordered two modest entrees with a piece of pie. With the delivery charge and tax the total went over my $100 gift card and I was charged an additional $9. I will not use this service again.
